Project “A” to “Z”

Scott Duffy was born in New York on May 2nd, 1964. Although he showed an interest in art at a young age, he only became serious about art when, at the age of sixteen, he broke his neck while body surfing. Left with his hands completely paralyzed and only partial movement of his arms he practiced drawing and painting for many years.

Now after doing web design and portrait drawing for many years, in 2011, he decided to focus full time on a series of acrylic paintings he calls Project A to Z. These paintings demonstrate a multifaceted concept of simplicity, organization and information overload all at once.

You can watch his progress as he uploads a photo, of the painting he is working on, approximately every two weeks.
